Abstract
The humeral proximal fracture is a disconnection of the humeral bone at the top which is often caused by a trauma or secondary cause of osteoporosis. Fracture usually occurs after falling in the arm position (outstrecht band), or without strong trauma to the client osteoporosis with the condition of the impact fracture in the proximal humerus. to determine the implementation of Physiotherapy in reducing pain, increase the scope of motion of the joint in the case of 1/3 proximal humerus dextra close fracture using infra red and active exercise modalities. After 3 sessions of therapy, the results of pain assessment on silent pain T1: 2 to T3: 1 were obtained, T1: 3 tenderness to T3: 2, T1: 6 motion pain to T3: 4. Then an increase in Joint Motion Scope was obtained. S: T1: 40 ° - 0 ° - 120 °, becomes T3: 45 ° - 0 ° - 125 °, F: T1: 120 ° - 0 ° - 45 °, becomes T3: 125 ° - 0 ° - 45 °, T: T1: 70 ° - 0 ° - 60 °, becomes T3: 75 ° - 0 ° - 65°.
