Abstract

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic pulmonary disease characterized by airway obstruction that is partially nonreversible or reversible. To cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). After 3 treatments, there was a decrease in the degree of breathlessness T1: 4 to T3: 1, an increase in thoracic cage expansion in the T1: 3 cm axilla to T3: 4 cm, at the inter costa 4 T1: 1 cm to T3: 1.5 cm, in the xyphoid process T1: 1 cm becomes T3: 2 cm, and there is an increase in the ability of functional activity. A dministration of infra red, breathing control, and thoracic mobilization can reduce shortness of breath, increase thoracic cavity excitation and improve the ability of functional activity.
