Abstract

Cervical Root Syndrome is a condition that occurs. Nerve roots in the neck area that have difficulty spreading. To know the benefits of infra red, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, and exercise therapy. After 3 treatments, a reduction in silent pain T0: 2 to T3: 0, decreased tenderness T0: 4 to T3: 2, decreased healing motion from T0: 5 to T3: 3. There is an increase in motion along the joint (LGS) cervix at flexion movement T0: 8 cm to T3: 6 cm, Extension T0: 6 cm to T3: 4 cm, flexion side dextra T0: 4 cm to T3: 2 cm, side flexion t0: 5 cm to T3: 3 cm, dextra rotation T0: 10 cm to T3: 8 cm, and left rotation T0: 10 cm to T3: 8 cm. There is a decrease in the examination of functional activities using the neck disability index (NDI) T0: 18 to T3: 10. Administration of infrared modalities, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, and exercise therapy can reduce pain, increase joint motion allocation (LGS), and improve functional functionality of the neck.
