Abstract

This research is aimed to describe: (1) The role of headmaster on adiwiyata program in SD Negeri 01 Delingan, (2) The component support and the headmaster' problem on adiwiyata program in SD Negeri 01 Delingan, (3) The effort in resolving poblem on adiwiyata program in SD Negeri 01 Delingan. The type of research is a descriptive qualitative. Data are collected using interviews, observation, documentation. This research used interactive model through data reduction, data display, data conclusion. Validity of data are used source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Subject of this research are headmaster, teacher, and students. The finding of this research can be concluded that: (1) The role of headmaster on adiwiyata program such as the role relationship between each person namely briefing, informational role (making a school blog, and discussion).(2) The supporting factor and problem factor of adiwiyata program. Supporting factor happened from the active role from school member to keep adiwiyata program together. Problem factor is happened when student are reminded by teacher on adiwiyata program. (3) The effort in resolving problem on adiwiyata program such as (a) The concept of society policy (school policy to make a team of adiwiyata program, arranging an environment program, school policy in build an environment partnership, budgeting policy to manage school society. (b) The curriculum concept of society ( attention matery of society). (c) society activity based on participation (voluntary work, selection of trash, friday cleaning program, trash bank, compost trash, recycle trash, and (d) managing facilities and basic facilities which friendly society ( fish pool, gazebo, and green house).
