Abstract

In the industrial sector, companies use systems to manage their needs and resources. However, the system in the company can not always run in accordance with what is planned every time it will experience damage or failure in the system. In Kusumahadi Santosa the system used to manage various fields in the company using a system called ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and still in the development phase will certainly experience many improvements in the system. When the system fails, it will have an impact on the demand for improvements in the system, and in the repair request there are problems in communicating, so a structured and realtime system is needed to present the data that can connect between the user and the infrastructure and operational divisions. Where the current system is very ineffective because it cannot provide data on infrastructure and operational division activities in real time to requests made by users, because user requests are only made orally and in writing in the form of internal records that are not recorded at any time can be forgotten, lost or tucked in. The purpose of this study is to make the Request Service for Application Repair at Kusumahadi Santosa web-based or also called the "Intranet" application service with the path set by the company, as well as evidence of accountability for the request. The concept applied in the design stage of making an Application for Application Repair Request Service at Kusumahadi Santosa or intranet is to use the Waterfall method. While the programming languages used are PHP and XAMPP, XAMPP itself has MYSQL as a database and Apache as a web server.
