Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication and service quality both partially and simultaneously on domestic tourist visits to the city of Karanganyar. This study uses a quantitative method, the method of data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis which was previously tested for classical assumptions. Hypothesis testing uses t test, model accuracy test using F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that Integrated Marketing Communication had an effect on Domestic Tourist Visits with significant influence. Service quality has a positive effect on Domestic Tourist Visits, simultaneously the Integrated Marketing Communication variables and Service Quality significantly affect the satisfaction of Domestic Tourist Visits. This shows that the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication and Service Quality on Domestic Tourist Visits simultaneously
