Abstract

Ischialgia is a complaint of pain radiating along the ischial nerve, starting from L4-S3. Whereas HNP is one of the causes of ischialgia because of the protrusion of the nucleus pulposus which causes compression of the nerve roots of Ischiadicus. So that it will cause pain to spread in part or along the nerve journey of Ischiadicus. To provide information about the benefits of SWD, TENS, and Mckenzie Exercise in the case of Ischialgia Et causa Nucleus Pulposus Hernia. After 3 times physiotherapy, there was a decrease in silent pain T1; 2.3 to T3; 1,2, press T1; 3.4 to T3; 2,7, and motion T1; 6.2 to 5, resulting in an increase in the lumbar joint motion range (LGS) when T1 flexion difference motion; 8 becomes T3; 13 and lateral flexion difference T1; 9 becomes T3; 12. Giving modalities of Short Wave Diathermy, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, and Mckenzie Exercise can reduce pain and increase LGS.
