Abstract

Fasciitis Plantaris is a condition caused by inflammation of plantar aponeurosis and is a common cause of heel pain. In general, pain does not spread and is not associated with symptoms of pain due to disorders of the nervous system. The purpose of this therapy to study about physiotherapy management in reducing pain in dextra plantaris fasciitis use US modalities (Ultrasound) and stretching. The result after 3 times of therapy, the results of pain assessment for pain silence T1: 1.8 were obtained to T3: 0.8, T1 motion pain: 7.2 to T3: 3.3, tenderness T1: 3.2 to T3: 2.3, there was an increase range of motion of the ankle dextra joint and an increase in the patient's functional abilities. Ultrasound (US) can reduce heel and right foot pain in Fasciitis Plantaris conditions, stretching can reduce pain and increase the range of motion of the right foot joint in Fasciitis Plantaris conditions.
