Abstract
The objective to be achieved by holding this research is to determine the differences in the company's financial performance before and after acquisitions of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The company's performance is measured using financial ratios: Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR ), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The population in this study is the company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 which acquired. The technique used in sampling is non-probability, namely purposive sampling. The non-parametric test used in this study is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test to answer the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that there are no significant differences in financial ratios.
