Abstract

Lamtoro seeds and rice seeds have high carbohydrate and protein content. Lime serves to regulate the pH of fungal growth media. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of F1 seedlings of straw mushroom and mushrooms in the planting media of seeds of lamtoro and rice seeds. The type of research used was an experiment with a factorial randomized complete (CRD) design method consisting of 2 factors. Factor 1 type of media : M1 (rice seed), M2 (lamtoro seed). Factor 2 F0 mushroom seed : J1 (straw mushroom), J2 (mushroom). The parameters measured are the length of the misellium, the density of the misellium, and the thickness of the misellium. The data were tested by quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the length misellium, the highest density and thickness of the misellium is straw mushroom rice seed and the lowest is eear jaw rice seed.
