Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of the school environment on the concentration of student learning on accounting subjects in class XI IPS Muhammadiyah 1 High School Klaten, 2) the effect of teacher teaching variations on the concentration of student learning on accounting subjects in class XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten, 3 ) the influence of the school environment and teacher teaching variations on the concentration of student learning on accounting subjects in the XI IPS class at Muhammadiyah 1 High School in Klaten. The population in this study was grade XI students majoring in Social Sciences at Muhammadiyah 1 High School in Klaten 2018/2019 as many as 107 students. Taking the number of samples was taken as many as 75 students using probability sampling techniques and the method used was proportionate random sampling. Data obtained by questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data obtained by questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression techniques, t-test, F-test, determination coefficient test (R2), relative and effective contribution. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of the school environment on the learning concentration of XI IPS students in Muhammadiyah 1 High School in Klaten 2018/2019, with an effective contribution of 17.57%. (2) there is a positive influence on teacher teaching variation on the learning concentration of XI IPS students at Muhammadiyah 1 High School in Klaten 2018/2019, with an effective contribution of 26.00%. (3) there is a simultaneous influence of the school environment and teacher teaching variation on the learning concentration of XI IPS students at Muhammadiyah 1 High School in Klaten 2018/2019, with R2 of 43.6%.
