Abstract

This study aims to analyze the workload experienced by all workers in the building shop (T.B) Langgeng Mulyo, T.B. Gamping Pilihan, T.B Barokah, T.B Langgeng Joyo and UD. Kayu Mulyo located in Wonogiri district. The research subjects were all workers, namely 31 people. The workload studied is physical workload and mental workload. The analytical method used in the physical workload in this study is based on the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method. While the analytical method used in the mental workload in this study is the NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method. The benefits of this research are knowing how much the level of physical and mental workload experienced by workers at work. The average CVL score obtained for workers was 26,94% which was categorized as medium workload. While the results of the analysis (NASA-TLX) on workers obtained an average score of 79,29% which is categorized as a work with a moderate workload. From the field conditions obtained factors or dimensions of physical needs and the level of effort that is dominant causes mental workload.
