Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the effect of profitability, audit opinion, solvency, audit committee, and company size on audit delay in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2013-2015 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of manufacturing companies used as samples in this study were 53 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS 2.4 program. The results of the study show that company size affects audit delay. While profitability, audit opinion, solvability, and audit committee have no effect on audit delay.
