Abstract

UD. Jaya Grup is one of the vermicelli production sites in Daleman village, Tulung, Klaten. Conventional vermicelli production processes that involve many operators in making decisions, mistakes in decision making often occur when the production process takes place which affects the process and product of vermicelli, therefore researchers conducted a human error analysis on vermicelli production process at each work station to measure the probability of human error using the SHERPA and HEART methods. The SHERPA method for identifying errors and HEART for calculating error probabilities. The results of data processing show that there are 7 work stations with a total of 24 tasks, there are 29 error descriptions where the error is divided into 3 types of errors classified based on SHERPA error mode, namely an error error of 24 errors, checking errors (checking error) as many as 4 errors, and errors in selection (selection error) of 1 error. The results of calculating the HEP value in the vermicelli production process range between 0.0204 to 0.1098. The biggest potential error occurred in task 3.2 to put water into the dissolution bath and task 3.1 put bleach into the dissolution bath with a HEP value of 0.1098.
