Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Corporate Values in Food and Beverages Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 - 2017. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The data in this study fulfilled the classical assumption test requirements with a total sample of 7 companies obtained through purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Firm Values, (2) Disclosure of CSR has a positive and not significant effect on Firm Values, (3) Simultaneously Profitability and CSR Disclosure have a significant effect on Firm Value, (4) and Profitability dominant influence on Firm Value.
