Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the influence of growth of the company, Management Change, Audit Opinion, Financial Distress, and KAP Size of Auditor Switching. The data used in this research was the financial report on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in the period 2015-2017. Data collecting method which used in this research is method purposive sampling that basic on criteria. Based on method purposive sampling, total sample is as much as 89 company. Hypothesis in this research are tested by logistic regression analytical method. The results show that the growth of the company, Management Change, Audit Opinion, Financial Distress, and KAP Size of Auditor Switching.
