Abstract

Employee performance has a great contribution in the effort to achieve company goals. High performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction in terms of work discipline, receive compensation and also satisfaction to the work environment. This research has purpose to know influence of work environment, work discipline and compensation to employee performance. The research was conducted PT.Gemilang Setia Sejahtera at Boyolali by involving all employees. The research data is sourced from the primary and secondary data collected through interviews and questionnaires. F test results show that all three variables affect employee performance simultaneously. While the result of R² test indicates that the independent variable explain employee performance variation equal to 53,4% and the rest is explained by other variable outside model. The results showed that the work environment, work discipline and compensation significantly affect employee performance PT.Gemilang Setia Sejahtera in Boyolali.
