Abstract

Background : P4Kfacilitated a midwife in the village in order to increase its active role husband, family, and community projects in planning and preparation of safe delivery face complication for pregnant women. P4K activities is data collection and attachment, stickers on pregnant women a helper childbirth by health workers, childbirth, funds an ambulance, village kb post natal blood donor. and contributions.Activities p4k aimed to reduce the maternal mortality who was recorded at 102 per live births in 2015 and kept increased by 359 per 100,000 live births.To protect and place childbirth and access to health care difficult have strong correlation very strong against maternal and infant mortality. Research purposes :Research aims to understand the success or childbirth p4k activities.Research methods :This research using the kind of research quantitative with the design research diskriptif survey analytic. Sample: Pregnant mother checking conceived for the date of 11 march to 30 march 2019.Data processing :Using the chi square. Conclusion :There are pregnant women behaviour and junk can choose appropriate help childbirth. Results : of pregnant women or new in the work area of the puskesmas gtak sukohrjo can be memimilih savior one to rescue and of deliveries attended in accordance .
