Abstract

The purposes of the research is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, motivation, competence, and leadership style on the performance of government auditors. This research was conducted at Goverment Auditor of Karanganyar Regency with internal auditors working at the inspectorate as respondents. The population in this study were all structural and fungtional employee working at the Inspectorate of Government of Karanganyar Regency. The population of this study were 40 respondents. Based on the reseach, the result shows that organizational commitment, motivation, competence, and leadership style effect the performance of government auditors of Karanganyar Regency.
