Abstract

Fatigue and excessive muscle tension can cause various musculoskeletal complaints such as pain in the lower waist or commonly called Low Back Pain (LBP). There is a training namely core stability exercise is an effort to reduce LBP so that it does not get worse. Then, to reduce the pain, we can use the physiotherapy modalities in the form of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). To analyze the effect of core stability exercise and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) for Low Back Pain (LBP) Myogenic in stone miners at Sukoharjo. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design with Pretest-Post test with two group design. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sample. The number of sample is 20 people. The pired sample t test the decrease in Low Back Pain (LBP) in this treatment group (0,0001) and the p-value control (0,0001)) and the independent test rest results simple t test found a decrease in the treatment group and control p-value (0,0001). There is a difference in influence between the control group and the ignition group after being given core stability exercise and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) for Low Back Pain (LBP) Myogenic in stone miners at Sukoharjo
