Abstract

The aim to be achieved by this research was to analyze the influence of spiritual, communication, and organizational citizenship behavior on service performance at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Karanganyar. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or census and by taking all employees at PT PLN (Persero) Karanganyar Rayon as a sample. Analysis of the data used in this study is a research instrument test that is validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, autocorrelation test, hypothesis testing namely multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient test determination or R2. Based on the results of the study showed that the variable spiritual intelligence has a significant influence on service performance, evidenced in the t test of spiritual intelligence variable that is with tcount greater than the ttable value (tcount> ttable), while the communication variable has a non-significant effect on service performance, evidenced in the t test the communication variable namely tcount is smaller than the ttable (tcount <ttable), and the variable organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on service performance, evidenced in the t test the variable organizational citizenship behavior that is tcount greater than the t table (tcount > table). The results in the F test indicate that there are simultaneous and significant influences between variables of spiritual, communication, and organizational citizenship behavior intelligence on service performance, because the results of the F statistical test (F count) are greater than the Ftable value (F count> Ftable) with a smaller probability of significant standards. The results of the coefficient of determination or R2 indicate that variations in changes in service performance fluctuations are due to changes in the variables of spiritual intelligence, communication, and organizational citizenship behavior. While the rest is caused by other factors not analyzed in the model used in the study.
