Abstract

Hypertension is a degenerative diseases. Hypertension happens when blood pressure systolic 140 mmHg and pressure diastolik 90 mmHg. Factor that influences hypertension is age, family history, obesity, smoking habit, food consumption pattern, physical activity and stress. The indonesian government has a program to handle diseases hypertension that is a chronic disease management programs (prolanis). The purpose of this research to find out what factors all mempengaruhu hypertension among members of prolanis. A method of the study: the kind of research descriptive analytic to a draft cross sectional that is, to know of factors affect hypertension for the members of the prolanis in the Puskesmas Purwodiningratan. The sample is a member of prolanis who suffers from hypertension which consisted of 30 people. Technique the sample collection using a technique purposive sampling. Use by test data analysis bivariat chi-square, multivariate by test linear regression berganda, test t, test F, R2 the determination. Research: hypertension based on an analysis of factors affect the bivariat age (OR= 0,182; p = 0,113), family history (OR= 0,179; p = 0,008), obesity (OR= 14,000; p = 0,005), smoking (OR= 0,200; p = 0,084), food consumption pattern (OR = 0,073; p = 0,010), physical activity (OR = 0,622; p = 0,612), stress (OR= 7,083; p = 0,029), in multivariate analysis factors affecting the most dominant hypertension family history value Thitung> Ttabel (2,506 >2,073), p = 0,020, obesity Thitung> Ttabel (2,376>2,073), p = 0,027. Conclusion: in analysis concluded that of factors affect hypertension is family history, obesity, food consumption pattern and stress. Partial meanwhile family history and obesity is the most dominant influence hypertension.
