Abstract

This research was carried out based on the problems that exist in the Klaten North Muhammadiyah 2 Vocational School, both in terms of learning and in terms of supporting tools to facilitate the learning of graphic design itself. This study aims to determine the results of the development of graphic design learning media at Muhammadiyah 2 Vocational School in North Klaten, on the other hand to find out the feasibility of the media being developed and test how high the effectiveness of the learning media developed. Research and Development (R & D) is a method used by researchers, with the approach of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Development (ADDIE) expected to be able to develop user friendly media, especially in the field of education. There are results of the average percentage of product feasibility developed by media experts at 87.3% categorized as very feasible and from material experts at 92.3% categorized as very feasible. Based on the results of the experts related to media feasibility and material feasibility in the media, it can be concluded that the adobe flash professional based graphic design 2 learning media with the brain based learning model for class X Multimesia can be categorized as very feasible to apply. On the side of the effectiveness test there is an average result of the students showing 0.830 so that the increase can be categorized as high so that the developed learning media is proven effective for learning media especially in the world of graphic design vocational education.
