Abstract

The small number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is caused by people's fear of starting a business, while based on the survey results, the majority agree that Thai tea drinks taste good and are liked because they have sweet and sour taste. Therefore, a research on streetfood business design was carried out using the Bussines model canvas method and SWOT Analysis. The aim is to determine the right strategy to develop the "Inspirastea" Thailand tea street food business. Data processing is done using the business model canvas method that describes how companies capture and map the value of business activities so that it can strengthen the business structure that is run and make money. then a SWOT analysis is carried out by conducting internal and external analysis. Then IFAS and EFAS is calculated by giving weighting and rating on each strategic factor based on pairwise comparisons. The calculation is used to make a business strategy. The final result is the strengths factor obtained a score of 1.22 and the weakness factor scores 2.66 with the score difference between the two is -0.22. Then the opportunity factor scores 1.74 and the threat factor scores 0.94 with the difference in the score between the two is +0.80. So that the business entity Inspirastea Thailand tea is in quadrant III, namely the situation where the business entity has a great opportunity but has weaknesses from the internal business entity.
