Abstract
Tuberculosis better known as TB is a disease caused by an infection of the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis attacks the organs of the human body, especially in the lungs. This disease can also attack other organs such as bones, kidneys, digestive tract, lymph nodes, and other organs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support as a caregiver in tuberculosis patients with the success of undergoing treatment. The type of research conducted was descriptive using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the population in this study were all tuberculosis patients who managed to undergo treatment in the Pajang Health Center as many as 12 patients and in the Sangkrah Health Center as many as 36 patients so that the total number was 48 patients. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between family support for medication adherence to TB patients in Pajang Health Center and Sangkrah Health Center with a p-value of 0.026. This form of emotional support is the highest form of support with an average value of 18.04.
