Abstract

In the Implementation of the Home Ownership Loan (KPR) of Agreement, all four terms of the agreement must be fulfilled so that they can be called a legal and binding agreement by both parties. Agreement between bank and debitor at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in Surakarta applies the principle of trust, carried out in written form, made a standard agreement that has been legalized by a notary, and guaranteed of rights to guarantee repayment of debitor debts. The research method used by the writer is juridical normative with a type of descriptive research because it will describe the application of the principle of trust in the implementation of a mortgage agreement at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in Surakarta. The results of the study that can be concluded by the author are that the application of the principle of trust in the implementation of a home loan agreement at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in Surakarta is carried out to the debitor before the implementation until the expiration of the credit agreement and without the default made by the debitor.
