Abstract

The objectives of this study are three, namely (1) analyzing and testing the differences in the influence of Discovery Learning and Problem Posing on mathematics learning outcomes, (2) analyzing and testing the differences in students' level of creativity towards mathematics learning outcomes, (3) analyzing and testing the interactions between learning strategies with the level of creativity of students towards the learning outcomes of mathematics. This type of quantitative research is a quasi-experimental design. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The population in this study were grade of seventh students Middle School 2 of Colomadu in 2018/2019. The study sample consisted of two classes. Methods of collecting data using tests and documentation. The data analysis technique uses two-way variance analysis with unequal cells that previously performed normality tests using the Lilliefors method and homogeneity test using the Bartlett method. The results of the study with% = 5%, namely (1) there are differences in the influence of Discovery Learning and Problem Posing on mathematics learning outcomes, (2) there are differences in the level of creativity of students towards mathematics learning outcomes, (3) there is an interaction between learning strategies with creativity levels students towards the learning outcomes of mathematics.
