Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Original Local Government Revenue, Special Allocation Fund, General Allocation Fund and Profit Sharing Fund to Human Development Index. The population in this research are PAD, DAK, DAU, DBH, and IPM in districts / cities at East Java province in 2014-2017. The sample in this research amounting 38x4 years or 152. Sampling method using purposive sampling technique. In this research to analyze the data using multiple linear regression model. The results of this research indicate that PAD, DAU and DBH affect the human development index, while DAK have no effect on human development index.
