Abstract

This research aim to tested and analyses the influence of self esteem, self efficacy, job involvement, work discipline and compensation to employees performance. The research type is used survey research by using questionary. Population used in this study is all employees in Blora Regency PDAM, and sampel which are used in this research that the bookkeeping employees in PDAM Sub-Province of Blora, with sample intake technique used is convenience sampling. Hypothesis tested in this research use linear multiple regression analyses. Results of the research indicate that self esteem, job involvement and work discipline have influence to employees performance. While self efficacy and compensation are don't have influence to employees performance. Self esteem, self efficacy, job involvement, work discipline and compensation have influence by simultaneously to employees performance.
