Abstract

ABSTRACT Loading system is the main process carried out by the wheel loader unit which can be simply explained a series of work combinations of several components. So as to produce work on the unit, starting from hydraulic oil flowed by hydraulic pumps and distributed to several loading system components such as actuators (hydraulic cylinders) Mechanism analysis is done by collecting some data obtained from the manual book unit and manual check unit. The next step is to analyze the mechanism of the loading process and the force produced by the hydraulic cylinder and the maximum load that can be raised by the boom structure. From the analysis and calculation shows the pump at 2530 rpm pump rotation with an actual discharge of 101.75 liters per minute, from the data obtained in the analysis of pump calculations obtained also the results of the force generated by the hydraulic cylinder are 1 bucket cylinder when the rod exits produces a force of 237.489 kN and when the rod enters produces a force of 178.1283 kN, while for the boom cylinder produces a force per cylinder of 199.563 kN at the outgoing rod position and produce a force of 129.8852 kN when the rod enters, then the breakoutforce force produced is 88,58 kN.
