Abstract

This research aim to test and analyses the influence of compensation, motivation, leadership style and reward to employee performance. The research type is use quantitative research by using questionary. Population and sampel which are use in this research that all employees working of part of bookkeeping in PDAM office Sub-Province of Sragen, with sample intake technique used total sampling. Hypothesis tested in this research use linear multiple regression analyses. Results of the research by partial indicate that compensation have influence to employee performance. While motivation, leadership style and reward don't have influence to employee performance.
