Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, compensation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance (case studies at Surakarta Muhammadiyah University employee). The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling with a total sample of 56 employees at Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the study show that work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style, work environment, compensation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance.
