Abstract

A method is needed to develop a motorcycle washing device that matches the needs of people in this modern, where many activities are made easier and more effective. Quality Function Deployment is an appropriate method because product design based on Voice Of Customer is analyzed by using House of Quality which then produces new products that are in accordance with the wishes of consumers. Based on this method, a portable motorcycle washing device is created that has a minimalist design, is easy to carry anywhere, and can be used anywhere with any excess equipment that can be used on AC and DC power.
