Abstract

The problem of poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of the governments of all countries or regions. This is because the condition of poverty in a country or region is a reflection of the level of welfare of the population. This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Unemployment Rate and Economic Growth in Indonesia in 2012-2017. This study uses secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The dependent variable in this study is the Poverty Level, while the independent variable is Inflation, Unemployment Rate and Economic Growth. The results showed that the cross section of the Inflation, and Economic Growth variables had a significant effect on the Poverty Level, but the Variable Unemployment Rate did not significantly influence the Poverty Level. Simultaneous test results (Test F) show that Inflation, Unemployment Rate and Economic Growth simultaneously or jointly influence the Poverty Level in Indonesia.
