Abstract
The law of the validity of the agreement in the Civil Code is made so that no loss occurs either on the part of creditors or debtors. But in the times, the conventional agreement process turned into an electronic agreement such as a marketplace Lazada agreement. What makes the agreement process vulnerable to the possibility of losses. The legal requirements for an agreement, namely the agreement of the parties, the skills of the parties, a certain matter and the reason that the law must be reflected in the marketplace Lazada agreement. Agree that it can be seen from the click wrap agreement, while the ability of the new parties can be seen from the seller's data entered before making a click wrap agreement, because the halal and certain things can be seen from the contents of the agreement that do not violate the law, only about buying and selling done by sellers at the Lazada marketplace.
