Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of general allocation funds, special allocation funds, population and teritorial coverage to regional expenditure in the province of Indonesia period 2010-2017. The data used is obtained from the official website of BPS and Bappenas. The method of analysis used is panel data regresion analysis. The results showed that cross section of general allocation funds, special allocation funds and population have significant influence to local expenditure, while the variable teritorial coverage has an insignificant influence to local expenditure. In time series showed that general allocation funds, special allocation funds, population and teritorial coverage have significant influence of local expenditure. Simultaneous test results in cross section and time series, indicating that general allocation funds, special allocation funds, population and teritorial coverage simultaneously significant effect on local expenditure in Province Indonesia.
