Abstract

Special Program Class (PK) is a superior class that has the specificity of students who have three aspects, namely cognitive aspects, affective aspects and psychomotor aspects Special Program Classes undoubtedly have a large and broad impact on the generation process in improving the quality of education by creating quality human resources. In this study, we will explain the management of the Surakarta Muhammadiyah 1 Special Middle School Class Program and describe the Special Program Class Management system and any constraints and solutions in managing the Surakarta Muhammadiyah 1 Middle School Special Program Class. The type of research used in this study is field research. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used is data collection, data merging, data processing, and conclusions.�From this study it can be concluded that in the management of special program classes In the implementation of the Special Program Class Management in Muhammadiyah Middle School 1 Surakarta, based on the recruitment of student input aspects strictly, there are various programs including Tahsin Tahfidz, using three languages ​​namely b arabic, English, Indonesian B in the learning process, there are professional teachers in teaching, using the K13 curriculum, adequate learning resources, conducive learning environments, the learning process using varied methods, facilities and services according to the needs of students. and evaluations that are able to see the level of success of students learning. In the direction of a better process, of course there are obstacles, Muhammadiyah Middle School in managing the Special Program Class is faced with obstacles, namely financial constraints on students, level of intelligence, different talents and interests of each student, thus hampering the Tahsin tahfidz learning process. But Muhammadiyah Middle School does not remain silent there is a solution to evaluate in management, namely the recruitment system in student input is tightened, there is a program in the end of each year to complete the recitation of the Qur'an. From the research data the authors wrote successfully proved that classroom management The purpose of the Special Program Class was established at the Muhammadiyah Middle School 1 Surakarta was to improve the quality of schools so that it influenced the attractiveness of the community to send their education to Muhammadiyah 1 Middle School in Surakarta. Another positive impact is being able to support quality schools and be able to compete with schools.�
