Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of benefits, risk, trust, satisfaction, and service performanceon interest in online shopping using e-commerce systems. Research respondent were 145 people out of 1.262 accounting student FEB UMS with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linearregression analysis using SPSS version 21. The result of the study show that benefits, and trust, influence the interest in online shopping, while risk, satisfaction, and service performance do not affect the interest in online shopping. Keywords: benefits, risks, trust, satisfaction, service performance, interest in shopping online using an e-commerce system.
