Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Sources of Social Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Job Satisfaction with Employee Performance. The sample in this study 100 employees using a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Social Capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have an influence on job satisfaction. 2) Social Capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have an influence on employee performance. 3) Job satisfaction cannot mediate between Social Capital for employee performance. 4) Job satisfaction can mediate between Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employee performance
