Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables that affect poverty in Karisidenan Pati in 2011-2017. This research is a quantitative study using panel data, in the form of a series of times (2011-2017) and cross sections (6 Districts in Karisidenan Pati). The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Java Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and national journals as supporters. The results showed that Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was the best model of the panel data model. Based on the validity test of the influence shows that economic growth (GRDP) has no influence on poverty, unemployment (TPT) has an influence on poverty, education level (EDUC) has an influence on poverty, while the population (JP) has no influence on poverty
