Abstract

The waste is a case which slowly threatens the sustainability of the environment, one of waste is the liquid waste which is produced by individual business entities and agencies. Therefore, in the management of liquid waste have to be in accordance with existing standards, in this case requires the role of the government in order to implement it appropriate with the role. The role of the government in this case is donor permit about the disposal of liquid waste which is carried out by individual business entities or agencies, namely Permits of Liquid Waste Disposal. That permit is issued by an official functionary contains the conditions which is used as a standard to be the disposal and the management of liquid waste. When it is infringed by violator, they will get a sanction.
