Abstract

Pacitan Regency is a Regency that has a variety of tourist attractions that have a slogan "Pacitan Paradise of Java" and begin to develop little by little. With the tourism potential in Pacitan District, especially Pacitan District, which also has potential in tourism, it has not been realized in terms of hotel and resort development. One of the tourism developer businesses by supporting the resort area with a strategic building and location is one that needs to attract tourists who come to Pacitan Regency. With the comparative descriptive method and literature review in data collection, efforts can be made to build a forum for tourists who come to Pacitan Regency, of course by considering the existing tourism approaches, Telengria Beach and Pancer Door Beach, the resorts to be developed are close to 2 (two) beach tourism. Because in the area of the coast are rarely resorts or hotels that are around the tourist. Therefore, Pacitan Nature Resort prioritizes comfort, beauty of scenery, facilities, clean, and none other than adhering to aspects of naturalism in this resort area. In addition, with a facility of three-star resort class (***) besides aiming to increase employment in the Kembang Village, it also aims to add domestic and foreign tourists to vacation in Pacitan Regency.
