Abstract

Fishery profit sharing agreement is a profit sharing agreemment between ship owner and ship's crew. The goal of this study is to find out how fishery profit sharing agreement between ship owner and ship's crew run in Pabean Village, Batang District, Batang Regency, and the problems that may occurs, and how they solve the problems in a fishery profit sharing agreement between ship owner and ship's crew. This study uses judical-empirical method. The data source are primary data in the form of information directly from the research location, accompanied by secondary data to explain the primary data. The result of this study shows that fishery profit sharing agreement in Pabean Village has been accordance to Law Number 16 of 1964 concerning Fishery Profit Sharing, which regulates about the amount of of distribution of profits recieved by ship owner and ship’s crew, and regulates how the problem should be solved on the fishery profit-sharing agreement.
