Abstract

Koalisi Pemantau Peradilan (KPP) noted that there were at least 34 prosecutors who were caught in case of alleged corruption from 2006-2017. Of the amount, five prosecutors were arrested by theKomisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK)during M Prasetyo leadershipas the attorney general. In the prosecutor’s office there has been a field of supervision under the coordination of the young attorney general’s regulation number Per-022/A/JA/03/2011 and the prosecutorial commission as an external supervisory institution on the basis of the external legal regulation of the republic of Indonesia. Based on case decision number 1147/Pid.B/2009/PN.Jkt.Ut and case decision number 08/Pid.Sus/TPK/2012/PN.Bdg two prosecutor are legally proven to have violated criminal provisions. This research uses a normative juridical (doctrinal) approach with descriptive analytical type of study, because the author intends to explain relatedto the object of research, namely legislation concerningthe supervision of prosecutorsand court decision with permanent legal force. Namely the decision number1147/Pid.B/2009/PN.Jkt.Ut and decision number number 08 / Pid. Sus / TPK /2012/PN.Bdg. the author intends to find out how the supervisory regulations on prosecutor and judges deliberations follow up on criminal violations committed by prosecutors while carrying out their duties in handling criminal cases in the criminal justice system and knowing the forms of violations of their ethical codes.
