Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the quality of health services. RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong in inpatient services, the quality guarantor team has not run well. This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and satisfaction of class III BPJS patients in dr. Soeratno Gemolong. This type of research is observational analytic, with a cross sectional approach. The study population was 129 respondents. The sample obtained was 129 respondents with the sampling technique namely exhaustive sampling. Data collection uses interviews. Data analysis used fisher exact test with p-value 0,000. Shows there is a relationship between the quality of service and the satisfaction of BPJS patients in class III hospitalization in RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong (p-value = 0,000).
