Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) to analyze the effect of product quality on customer loyalty Soto Sedap Boyolali. (2) To analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty of Soto Sedap Boyolali. (3) To analyze the effect of trust in customer loyalty on Soto Sedap Boyolali. The population in this study were customers of Soto Sedap Boyolali. The sample in this study were 100 respondents while the research method used purposive sampling. Based on the results of this study it is known that product quality has a significant influence on loyalty. Service quality has a significant influence on loyalty. Trust has a significant influence on loyalty. The F test test results are simultaneously known the value of Fcount 35.460 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that simultaneously the variable quality of products, service quality and trust have loyalty variables and the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.511. It shows that 51.1% loyalty variables can be explained by the variables of product quality, service quality and trust and the remaining 49.9% is explained by other factors.
