Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the influence of financial literacy, the use of accounting information and human resource on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the small and medium enterprises of Batik Tulis di Kabupaten Pekalongan. The population in this study were the owners of small and medium enterprises of Batik Tulis in Kabupaten Pekalongan. With convenience sampling technique obtained a sample of 34 small and medium enterprise. Data was collected by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that variables (1) financial literacy have a significant effect on the performance of small and medium enterprise, (2) the use accounting information does not significant effect on the performance of small and medium enterprise, (3) human resource does not significant effect on the performance of small and medium enterprise.
