Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the current ratio, return on assets, return on equity, earnings per share, and price earning ratio to stock prices. The population used is the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The sampling technique is by using a purposive sampling method. The overall sample in this study was 77 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test and prove the research hypothesis. The data analysis in this study uses the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share variables have a significant effect on stock prices, while the current ratio and price earning ratio have no effect on stock prices.
