Abstract

In this test, the largest amount of depreciationis in the in-gate above is 1.08%, followed by the bottom in-gate at 0.92%, and the smallest depreciation is in the side in-gate is 0.17%. At the density value, the biggest density value at the side in-gate is 2,625, then above at 2,3, and the smallest value at bottom in-gate at 2,1. Chemical structure testing using a spectrometer obtained five dominant chemical elements, namely aluminium (Al) 83.05%, Si 14.3%, Fe 1.54%, Zn 0.486, Cu 0.111%. The hardness test used brinell hardness test obtained the highest hardness value at the upper gate with a value of 87.08 BHN, followed by the side in-gate 85.61 BHN, and the smallest value in the bottom in-gate at 70.25 BHN
