Abstract

The research in this thesis aims to know the implementation of life insurance agreements and unit links at PT. Prudential and to find out the settlement effort in the event of default. This agreement is made in writing in the form of a deed referred to as a policy, this is in accordance with article 255 KUHD. The problems that arise in this agreement is the payment of flat rate isn't made by the the insured in accordance with what has been agreed besides that, the insured data is also falsified. The approach method used in this research is the normative approach. The type of research used is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used were literature study and field study (interview). Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Keywords : Agreement, Insurance, breach of contract
